摘要
根据人参皂苷-α-鼠李糖苷酶基因的CDS区已知序列设计引物,应用"去帽法"原理快速扩增出了人参皂苷-α-鼠李糖苷酶cDNA 5′端未知序列.测序结果表明,扩增出的5′端未知序列长度为421 bp.通过与已知的CDS区序列比对,确定扩增出的5′端未知序列就是目的序列,其5′端非编码区长度为61 bp.
The 5' unknown sequence of ginsenoside-α-rhamnosidase was amplified from the known CDS in the DNA of ginsenoside-α-rhamnosidase with decapping and a 421-bp sequence was obtained. This sequence was considered as target sequence by comparison with 5'RACE product and CDS sequence, which has a 61-bp non-encoding region.
