棉织物的绿色阻燃整理工艺的研究

Study on the flame retardant finish of cotton fabric

采用适合于棉织物的绿色阻燃剂A对织物进行阻燃整理,运用数理统计中的正交试验及极差分析法对所得结果进行分析,确定了棉织物绿色阻燃整理的最佳工艺参数:阻燃剂质量浓度250 g/L,交联剂质量浓度90 g/L,柔软剂质量浓度9 g/L,温度160℃,时间3 min.结果表明,整理后的织物具有良好的阻燃性能和耐水洗性,织物的甲醛含量较低.

Green flame retardant suitable for cellulose fibers was used to finish the cotton fabrics. The optimal process for the finishing was set up using the orthogonal experiment analysis. The finishing condition was flame retardant concentration 250 g/L, resin concentration 50 g/L, softener concentration 9 g/L, temperature 160 ℃ and time 3 min. The cotton fabrics showed good fire-proofing and washing-resisting and low content of formaldehyde.
