摘要
本研究探讨不同光周期处理方法、温度、湿度、株龄等对甘蔗开花诱导与杂交的影响。结果表明 :通过人工控光、温、湿等因素的适度配合 ,可以有效、稳定地诱导处理材料开花 ,1994 - 1996年的诱导率稳定在 68.1- 72 %之间 ,被诱导过的材料有 75个抽穗开花 ,三年共获杂交花穗 30 5个、杂交组合 2 2 5个、有发芽能力的种子 10万多粒 ,使我所保存的野生和栽培材料得到利用 。
The effectof manual photo-period measures,temperature,humidity and plantage etc.on inducing flower and hybridization of sugar cane were studied in this paper.The results show that a high flowering ratio had been induced during 1 994-1 996 .75 flowering entries with 6 8.1 -72 percentage in all entries treated,30 5 cross inflorescences of2 2 5 combinations and over 1 0 0 thousand of vital seeds had been made.As a result of hybridization,breeding materials and wild germplasm maintained at our institute had been utilized.It was proved that the synthetic controlling measure suitable flowering induction at Nanning natural conditions was understood primarily.
