通过对5台小型自备电站的新建锅炉采用氢氟酸清洗,清洗结束后的割管检查及样管监测,清洗效果良好,除锈率达到95%以上,腐蚀率平均在4g/(m2.h)以下。在不具备其它酸洗条件的情况下,采用氢氟酸清洗小型电站锅炉是可行的。

After cleaning to five boilers of small power station, useing hydrofluoric acid solution, a effective process is applied, we have checked up the pipeline and the samples, the consequence of test show that the surface of material is in good condition,the percent rate of rust removal is 95pervcent, the rate of anticorrosion is averagely below 4g/m^2 · h Therefore the application of hydrofluoric acid cleaning process is propositional for small station power.
