In the process of Chinese revolution and construction, Zhang Wentian put forward a series of theories on keeping the blood-cemented relationship between CPC and the Masses.According to his theories,CPC should keep the right mass line and overcome bureaucracy.He maintained that keeping the blood-cemented relationship between CPC and the masses result from the character and the aim of the party,which is the need of taking over power and consolidating power and the need of carrying out socialist construction.
