Analysis of Structure Mechanism and Inspiration of Policy Pertaining to Industry Clusters of Circular Economy

从循环经济角度出发,提出了按照集群与资源的关联程度将产业集群分成链环依托型和网络共生型产业集群两种类型,着重在资源关联强度、结构特征、集群形成及驱动机制、集群地理边界和规模等几个方面进行了分析比较,同时提出了针对两种类型产业集群的政策设计的不同思路。

With regard to circular economy,this paper divides industry clusters into two types of chaining structure and network symbiosis based on relevance degree of cluster and source.It places emphasis on the analysis of relevance strength,structure characteristics,cluster formation,stimulation mechanism,and cluster's geographical borderline and scale.Then,it proposes the different ideas on policy-making concerning the two types of industry clusters.
