大学生团队精神培养的有效途径

Effective Ways of Cultivating University Students' Team Spirits

培养大学生的团队精神是社会发展的需要,是高校落实素质教育的重要举措,是大学生成长成才的内在需求,也是培养大学生集体主义精神的需要。本文分析了大学生团队精神的现状和缺失的原因,提出要加强教育教学改革,发挥教育教学活动的主渠道作用,加强校园文化建设,发挥校园文化活动的覆盖和渗透作用,加强班集体等团队的管理,发挥大学生"三自"作用,加强师资队伍建设,发挥广大教师的示范作用等途径,切实提高大学生团队精神的教育培养实效。

Cultivating team spirits of university students is the need of social development,the important measures to carry out quality-oriented education,the internal demand of being talents,and the necessity of cultivating collectivism spirits.This paper analyzes the present situation and the causes of being lack of team spirits.Then it maintains that first it is necessary to strengthen the reform on teaching and instruction to give full play to the principal function of teaching activities.Second,it is important to enhance the construction of campus culture to bring the initiative of the permeated role of campus cultural activities.Third,it is compulsory to reinforce the function of three kinds of self-management concerning university students.Last,it is essential for the teachers to play the exemplary role in improving the cultivation on team spirits.
