慢性胃炎辨治规律初探

The Treatment of Chronic Gastritis with Syndrome Differentiaion:A Primary Summary

慢性胃炎为临床常见病、多发病。本文从病因病机、治则治法上对其中医分型进行了详细的讨论,并对其舌象表现进行了归纳总结,提出对反复性慢性胃炎的治疗须同时考虑幽门螺旋杆菌的存在与否,对不同证型慢性胃炎进行药物治疗的同时须结合调畅情志、平衡饮食等综合手段才能取得满意的疗效。

As a disease of high prevalence,chronic gastritis （CG） has a rapidly rising morbidity. This paper discusses the regular traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） symdromes of CG,from its causes, theory and treatment. Tongue diagnosis of CG is a key point in the whole paper. One of the main options of this paper is to mention the existence of helicobacter pylori（HP） in some repetitive CG patients, and another is to take into account the emotional and dietary factor in the treatment of different symdromes of CG.
