缩节安(DPC)和黄腐酸(FA)对棉花种子萌发和幼苗素质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以中棉16号为材料研究表明,缩节安(DPC)和黄腐酸(FA)配合施用提高了棉花种子的吸水速率和保水能力,尤其是在0.2mol/LNaCl胁迫条件下,吸水速率比对照(清水处理)显著加快。两者配合提高了幼苗发根速度和侧根数,提高了根中干物质积累,根冠比提高了24.20%,幼苗3叶期无土移栽成活率提高52.23%。5叶期干旱处理后,两者配合处理提高了幼苗存活率,第一真叶电导率下降,表明幼苗对干旱的抗性提高。DPC和FA配合对促进种子萌发和提高幼苗素质具有良好的协同效应。 The study using Gossypium hirsutum L. Zhongmiansuo 18 as material indicated that treatment of DPC+FA increased water absorbing rate and water holding ability , especially in stress condition of 0.2mol/L NaCl. DPC+FA accelerated root initiation and growth , increased the number of lateral roots, and dry matter accumulation, while ratio of root/stem electronic was increased by 24.2%.After transplanted at three leaves stage, the survival percentages of seedlings were increased by 52.23% by DPC+FA. The treatment with DPC+FA increased of survival rate seeding put in to drought with five leaves. The relative electronic conduction rate of the first leaf was deceased , which indicated that the drought resistance was improved. DPC+FA is proved to be a practical measure which lead to strong and early-growth seedling.
