技术性贸易壁垒分析及对策研究

在世界经济一体化成为不可逆转的趋势下,各国之间的贸易往来不断加深。近年来贸易保护主义抬头,以技术性贸易壁垒为主的新兴贸易保护手段日益盛行。超出合理范围的技术性贸易壁垒,人为地给商品的进出口制造障碍,违背了WTO自由贸易的宗旨,给广大发展中国家造成了严重的不利影响。本文分析了技术性贸易壁垒产生和发展的背景以及我国遭受技术性贸易壁垒限制的主要原因,并在此基础上探讨了应对措施和方法。

The business activities among each country has become more and more intensively under the irrevocable trend of the globalization. Technical Barriers to Trade, which is the principal method of the emerging trade protection scheme, is extremely popular as a result of the rising of trade protectionism in recent years. However, Technical Barriers to Trade, which fall beyond the rational scope, have contributed barriers to the importation and exportation of goods intentionally, such that betrayed the free trade guideline under WTO, and therefore have an adverse impact on the developing countries. This article analyses the background of the originating and development of the Technical Barriers to Trade, as well as the main reason why our country suffered from the Technical Barriers to Trade and how we can take action against it.
