对概念的正确理解是其他一切研究与讨论的基石与前提。就离岸金融市场而言,目前没有一个一致公认的定义,许多学者从不同的侧重面给出了各自的解释,其中不乏个别文献甚至有误导人们的倾向,本文结合当前离岸金融市场的现状,全方位诠释了离岸金融市场这个概念。
Understanding the concept correctly is the cornerstone and premises to undertake all the other relevant researches and discussions. As for the Offshore Financial Market, there is no consensus about its definition. Many leamers and experts have given different explanations from respective views, among which there are some faults that misleading us. Combining with the contemporary .situation of offshore financial markets, the author tries to explain the concept fully and completely.
