前氮后移施肥对冬小麦旗叶活性氧代谢和子粒产量的影响 被引量:10

Effect of N Application Methtod of N Application Amount Being Reduced at Early Growth Stage and Increased at Jointing Stage on Metabolism of Active Oxygen and Grain Yield of Wheat

摘要 1994~1996年对高产冬小麦前氮后移施肥方式的产量效应和生理变化进行了研究。结果表明,采用此施肥方式可以减缓旗叶中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降和脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的积累,减少超氧阴离子(O2)的产生,提高旗叶叶绿素和蛋白质含量,延缓叶片衰老,显著增加穗粒重和产量。 The physiological and yield effects of different N application methods were studied in high yield winter wheat in 1994~1996.The resulte Showed that N application method that N application amount is reduced at early growth stage and increased at jointing stage could restrain the decrease of SOD activity,the accumulation of MDA and the production of O 2, increase the chlorophyll and protein content of flag leaf,retard the aging of leaf and raise the ear weight and grain yield significantly.
