黄瓜主要农艺性状的遗传相关与通径分析

Study on Genetic Corelation and Path Analysis of the Main Agronomic Characters of Curcumber

利用黄瓜（ＣｕｃｕｍｉｓＳａｔｉｒｕｓＬ．）４个自交系，采用Ｇｒｉｆｉｎｇ等２种方案配制６个杂交组合，对黄瓜的７个农艺性进行相关和通径分析。相关分析表明：结果数、平均单瓜重、座果率和叶面积与产量呈正相关，开花期、节间长与产量呈负相关，其中结果数达极显著水平，座果率达显著水平。通径分析表明：结果数对产量的直接作用相当大，直接通径系数为１．００１３，平均单瓜重对产量的直接作用较大，直接通径系数为０．６４０１，座果率、叶面积通过平均单瓜重对产量的间接作用大，通径系数分别是０．４３４８和０．３７９９．

With four selected inbred lines of Cucumber( Cucumis sativus L.)taken as experimental materials,the genetic corelation and path analysis of seven agronomic characters of cucumber were studied by the second method of Griffings complete dialles cross.The results of genetic corelation analysis revealed that number of fruits per plant,average fruit weight fruiting rate and leaf aera were related to the yield positively.While,days of flowering and vine lenth were interretated negatively.The results on path analysis showed that the yield was affected mostly by two agronomic characters,the nmuber of fruits per plant and average fruit wieght,and was indirectly affectde by fruiting rate and leaf area.
