摘要
在系统回顾我国煤矿瓦斯综合治理技术发展,分析我国瓦斯综合治理现状的基础上,从科研、管理、培训、本质安全矿山建设等多视角,提出了今后煤矿瓦斯综合治理发展战略是转变观念,提高认识;建立健全矿井瓦斯抽放和监测监控两个系统;加大"先抽后采"力度;强化技术管理。亟待解决的关键技术工作是加大新技术、新工艺研究力度;加快科研成果向现实生产力转化;推进瓦斯综合治理示范工程建设;加强基础研究,推动瓦斯综合治理标准化建设。
Base on the systematic review of the development for the gas comprehensive control technology in China coal mine and the analysis on the present status of the gas comprehensive control in China, from the view of the science and technology, management, training, intrinsic safe mine construction and others, the paper provided that the development strategy of the mine gas comprehensive control was to change the concept, to improve the cognition, to establish and perfect the mine gas drainage system and the mine gas monitoring and control system, to enhance the dynamics of coal mining operation after the gas drainage operation and to enhance the technical management. The key technical jobs to be solved are to speed up the research dynamics of the new technology and new technique, to speed up the conversion from the science research achievements to the production force, to promote the construction of the mine gas comprehensive control demo projects, to enhance the fundamental research and promote the standardization building of the mine gas comprehensive control.
