带式输送机防纵撕保护研究现状及趋势 被引量:32

摘要 对带式输送机纵撕事故原因进行了分析、归类,认为绝大多数事故发生在装载点,由长条形异物穿卡或大块物料卡压引起,并对目前防纵撕保护主要方法、技术、装置进行了总结,提出了抗纵撕输送带、纵撕超前保护技术和高可靠性、非接触式撕带保护装置是带式输送机防纵撕保护技术的发展趋势。 The paper had an analysis and classification of the longitude tearing accidents for the belt conveyors. The paper hold that the belt tearing accidents ware mostly occurred at the stage loading points by the jamming of the long piece materials or large material. The paper summarized the main method, technology and device to prevent the longitude tearing. The paper provided that the longitude tearing proof belt, the pre-prevented longitude tearing technology and the reliable non contact tearing protected device are the research and development tendency of the longitude tearing protection for the belt conveyor.
