摘要
测定了在18℃的生长箱内培养的5个白菜同源四倍体及2个二倍体品种子叶期幼苗的过氧化物酶(PER)、酯酶(EST)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果显示,耐寒生态型四倍体品种的PER和EST比相应二倍体品种增加1~2条特有的酶带,SOD谱带无显著的差异;耐热四倍体品种则相反,3种酶带皆较二倍体品种减少1或2条。对3种酶进行聚类分析的结果表明,相同生态型和染色体倍数相同的品种归为同类,与按表型分类的结果基本一致。
The study on isoenzymes of peroxydase (PER), esterase (EST) and SOD of the seedlings in the cotyledon stage of five autotetraploid and two diploid varieties planted in the culture box at 18 ℃ indicated that PER and EST isoenzyme bands of the cold resistant tetraploid varieties were one or two more than those of the corresponding diploid varieties yet their SOD isoenzyme bands were not notably different. In contrast, PER, EST and SOD isoenzyme bands in the heat resistant tetraploid varieties were one or two less than those of the diploid varieties. The cluster analysis of PER, EST and SOD isoenzymes showed that varieties of the same ecotype and multiple genome belonged to the same category, essentially consistent with classification of phenotype.
