摘要
采集二花脸猪、大约克夏猪和大二杂种猪的外周血,分离淋巴细胞,取其中一部分经丝裂霉素C处理后作为刺激细胞,另一部分为反应细胞,以3H标记的胸腺嘧啶核苷(3HTdR)作标记,进行单相混合淋巴细胞培养(mixedlymphocyteculture,MLC)。结果表明:对于猪白细胞Ⅱ类抗原(swinelymphocyteantigenⅡ,SLAⅡ)经自身、有血缘关系和无血缘关系个体的淋巴细胞间相互刺激后,所得放射性脉冲频率(脉冲数/分钟,CPM)及刺激指数(stimulationindex,SI)存在显著性差异。
Peripheral blood samples of Erhualian, Large White and hybrid of Large White×Erhualian were collected and the lymphocyte cells were separated. A part of lymphocyte cells from each individual were exposed to mitomycin C. This part, as stimulator cells, was mixed with responder cells of each animal. 3H TdR was then added into the culture of the mixture. The result showed that the differences of the counts per minute (CPM) and stimulation index (SI) were significant between self stimulating group, group of individuals with and without blood relations hip.
