从伦理视野看教育者的“服务” 被引量:3

On Educators' "Service": An Ethical Perspective

摘要 教育者履行与权利相一致的义务行为,相对于教师、学生而言就是一种服务。就教育者自身而言,服务还包括道德奉献行为。教育者"服务"缺失的主要缘由有:市场经济的消极影响、教育者与受教育者地位的不平等、教师权利与义务的失衡、管理者的政绩观功利倾向等。因此,需要从多方寻求对策:加强教育者责任伦理教育、提升领导管理素质、加强制度伦理建设。 Educators perform their obligations in agreement with their fights, which, as far as the teachers and students are concerned, is a service. For the educators, the service also includes moral devotion. The absence of educators' " service" chiefly results from the negative influence exerted by market economy, the unequal status between educators and the educated, teachers' unbalanced rights and obligations, the utility tendency of management's achievement view, and so on. Therefore, we should seek for the countermeasures through strengthening the educators' ideological education, upgrading the leaders' management quality, and enhancing the construction of system-ethic.
