摘要
从运动心理学的角度,对田赛运动员试跳(掷)时限规则、注意力集中时间特征以及压力反应类型和压力源进行了解读和探讨。针对运动员过分紧张、赛前冷漠、赛前焦虑和盲目自信的压力反应,提出自我调控方法,为田赛运动员训练和竞赛提供参考。
From the perspective of sports psychology, the paper expatiates on the track and field trial time limit rules, concentration features and pressure response type and source. The paper proposes self adjustment methods for the over nervousness, pre-match indifference, pre-match anxiety and blind confidence.
