医疗保障制度对家庭消费储蓄行为的影响——一个动态模拟研究

The Mechanism Simulation of Medical Insurance System's Impact on the Household's Consumption and Saving Decision Making

居民的消费储蓄行为是国民经济活动的基础。居民的医疗支出和医疗保障对其消费储蓄行为具有重要影响。本文采用动态优化模拟的方法,定量模拟分析我国城市的医疗保障制度对家庭生命周期消费储蓄行为的影响机制。研究结果显示:医疗保障能够通过增加家庭生命周期消费的潜在资源来提高家庭应付未来意外事件的能力,降低未来不确定性对家庭消费储蓄的不利影响。

Household is the consumption unit of society, and its consumption and saving is significandy impacted by its medical care expenditure and medical insurance. With the method of optimal consumption programming simulation, this thesis analyzes the mechanism of its impact on the household＇s consumption and saving decision making in each stage of the household＇ s life cycle. According to the simulation results, it concludes that the medical insurance system could promote household＇s ability to solve emergencies and reduce the impact of uncertainty. Higher utility would be reached with increased consumption and decreased savings.
