FDI对中国工业劳动力需要量的诱发效应研究——基于投入产出法的分析视角

Study on the Induced Effect of FDI on Labor Demand:From the Viewpoint of Input-output Analysis

本文运用投入产出法就FDI对我国十类工业行业就业的诱发效应进行了实证研究。从综合就业效应来看,引进资金密集型产业的FDI与扩大就业不是矛盾的,同样,引进劳动密集型产业的FDI并不一定是扩大就业的最优决策,相反可能会使得外资企业资本、技术优势的外溢作用得不到充分利用,进而不能为我国产业结构升级起到促进作用,所以必须结合行业特性引进FDI。

This article applies input-output analysis to empirically study the induced effect of FDI on ten industries. From the comprehensive employment effect, it is not contradictory to import FDI in capital-intense industry and enlarge employment. Importing FDI in labor-intense industry may not be the optimal decision, on the contrary, since it can not make full use of capital of foreign enterprise and overflowing effect of technological advantage. It can not improve the upgrading of industry structure of our country. Therefore, we must take the characteristic of different industries into consideration when we import FDI.
