摘要
根据电解剥离原理，研制出马口铁镀锡量自动测量仪。采用微分电位法，解决了各层界面自动分层难题。仪器用8031单片机作智能部件，对双电层电容充电电流引起的测量误差作了修正。给出了控制原理、线路和误差分析。
The instrument for automatically determinig tin coating weight of tinplate hasbeen developed. The problem for accurately locating the interfaces between Sn and FeSn2 aswell as FeSn2 and Fe layer has been successully solved by differential potential method. Theinstrument is controlled by microprocessor 8031. It has been made correction for error of determinaion resulting from charge current for couple electrolayer capacitor. The control principle, circuits as well as program flowchart are given in the paper,respectively.
