摘要
纤维束定向材(重组木)是国内外人造板研究发展的最新技术,具有使用性能接近天然材的特点,以往所用原材料为8~16cm径级的林木,其原材料需求并不十分符合我国具体情况,开发新的原材料来源是其研究的重要方向。文中介绍采用速生柳灌木为原料进行其试制的试验过程及结果,并且将纤维增强技术引入纤维束定向材强化,利用复合材料力学导出其弹性模量和静曲强度计算的公式,利用试验进行验证。结果证明速生柳灌木完全可作为纤维束定向材原材料,经纤维增强强化效果良好。
Fasciculi directed wood (scriber) is a up-to-date technology used to prepare man-made plate at home and abroad. Its service performances are close to natural wood. Timber diameter that was 8-- 16 cm was used as raw materials in the past, but this isn't suitable to our condition, so the research of raw material is important. This paper proposes that willow bushes are used to prepare plate, and introduces the experiment and results. Fi- ber reinforced technology is introduced into scribers reinforcement. According to composite mechanics the computing formulas of Young's modulus and static bending strengthening are derived and verified by experiment. The results show that willow bushes can be used as raw material of scriber, and the strengthening effect of fiber is satisfied.
