摘要
第4方物流(4PL)是整合供应链上知识资源的一块细分市场,论文从4PL的咨询工作角度提出第4方的规划模型,包括战略层的情景规划、战术层的供应商挑选和运作层的供应链绩效评价,形成第4方物流系统模型设计框架,具有较强的可操作性,最后探讨了组织对4PL的适应问题和建模的未来发展.
4PL (the Fourth Party Logistics) is a marketing segmentation, which integrates knowledge resources in the supply chain, A programming modeling on 4PL, mainly concerned with its consulting work is put forward in this paper, which includes strategic planning, tactical selecting of suppliers and operating evaluation. A feasible systematic frame with 4PL is thus established. Finally, brief discussions are made on the adaptation and the future development of 4PL.
