高模量炭纤维的微观结构及对其力学性能的影响 被引量:2

MICROSTRUCTURES OF CARBON FIBERS WITH HIGH MODULUS AND THEIR EFFECTS ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

摘要 利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)研究了高模量炭纤维的微观结构,并将其与纤维的力学性能进行了关联。结果表明,影响炭纤维力学性能、特别是拉伸模量的直接原因是晶相的多少及其取向、石墨片层的排列情况。从微观上提高石墨层的取向和堆叠程度是获得高模量炭纤维的必要条件。 The microstructures of high modulus carbon fiber were investigated by using transmission electron microscope (TEM),high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM),and X-ray diffraction (XRD),and they were further correlated to the mechanical properties of fibers. The results indicated that the amount and the orientation of crystal phase ordered arrangement of graphite glayers directly influence the mechanical properties, especially the stretch modulus. The prerequisites to obtain high modulus carbon fibers were improving the orientation and arrangement of graphite layers from microcosmic aspect.
