三种根管充填糊剂对根管充填后疼痛反应的影响

Influence on the Pain Occurrence After Root Canal Filling with Three Kinds of Materials

目的观察氧化锌丁香油糊剂、氧化锌丁香油+碘仿糊剂、Cortisomo(l碧兰糊剂)充填根管后患者对疼痛的反应。方法选取在门诊行根管治疗的患者65例(患牙87颗),随机分成3组:A组使用氧化锌丁香油糊剂+牙胶尖充填;B组使用氧化锌丁香油+碘仿糊剂+牙胶尖充填;C组使用碧兰糊剂+牙胶尖行根管充填。随诊观察术后的疼痛反应情况。结果根充后疼痛的发生率C组低于B组,B组低于A组;C组与A、B组均有显著性差异(<0.05),但A组与B组的疼痛发生率无显著性差异(<0.05)。结论碧兰糊剂是一种理想的根管充填糊剂。

Objective To observe the pain occurrence after root canal filling with three different kinds of materials. Methods 87 teeth for root canal treatment were divided into group A, group B and group C randomly. Group A was filled with Eugenol （ZOE）＋ gutta-percha, group B was filled with Eugenol（ZOE）＋indoform＋ guttapercha and group C was filled with Cortisomol sealer＋gutta-percha. Results In group A the rate of painlessness, moderate pain and severe pain was 33.33%, 53.33% and 13.33% respectively, in group B it was 44.83 %, 44.83% and 10.34% respectively, while in group C it was 71.43%, 25% and 3.58% respectively. There was no significant difference between the occurrence rate of pain in group A and group B, but significant difference was found between the occurrence rate of pain in group C and group A, group B. Conclusion Cortisomol sealer is an ideal material for root canal filling.
