摘要
随着焊接过程自动化和智能化的发展,图像处理技术越来越受到国内外学者的重视,它在焊缝自动跟踪系统中也有广泛的应用。本文介绍了图像处理的基本过程,其中包括图像预处理,图像分割,边缘检测和特征点提取等图像处理过程,总结了一些传统和新型的图像处理算法,并着重分析了焊缝中心提取的几种方法,提出了一种求取平均值的简单有效的方法。
With the development of automated and intellectualized welding process, learners from inside and outside pay more and more attention to image processing technology, which have got the extensive application in the weld seam tracking system. The paper has analyzed the content about image processing in the weld seam tracking system. The discussion is mainly focused on the techniques used in the whole course of image processing, including the image pre-processing, image segmentation, edge detection and feature abstraction, and analyzes several methods about the center of seam ,then presentes a easily and effective method. This method can get the center of seam thorough calculating the average of two edge pixels.
