摘要
爆轰法是一种新颖的制备纳米材料的方法。近几十年来,许多研究工作者利用爆轰法在高温高压条件下制备出了金刚石,石墨,氮化硼等纳米材料。本文主要回顾了目前爆轰制备纳米材料的发展现状和研究进展,特别是综述了纳米氧化物(如氧化铝,氧化钛,氧化锌)以及复合氧化物(如铝酸锶,锰酸锂)的制备过程,以及爆轰合成纳米材料的机理,提出了今后进一步研究的一些建议。
As a novel method, detonation method has been used to prepare many kinds of nanosized materials, such as diamond, graphite and boron nitride in the last several decades. This article mainly reviewed the development of synthesizing nanosized materials via detonation method, and especially summarized the synthesis processes of nanosized metal-oxide, such as Al2O3, TiO2, ZnO and nanocomposites such as SrAl2O4, Li1+xMn204. The synthesis mechanism, some suggestions and the in-depth research on applications of detonation method are also presented.
