Creep Properties of Mo-3Nb Alloy Single Crystal

摘要 研究了电子束悬浮区域熔炼法制备的晶向为<111>的Mo-3Nb(质量百分数,下同)合金单晶在高温/低应力环境中的蠕变性能及其蠕变机理。结果表明,Mo-Nb合金单晶中,溶质原子Nb的添加增大了原子间扩散阻力,使材料高温稳态蠕变率减小,大大提高了材料的高温抗蠕变性能;在1500℃,10MPa时,Mo-3Nb合金单晶的稳态蠕变率较纯Mo单晶降低了3个数量级,且其蠕变机理为扩散蠕变。 The creep properties and creep mechanism of Mo-3Nb alloy single crystal with an orientation of 〈111〉 prepared by electron beam floating zone melting at the condition of high temperature and low applied stress have been studied. The experimental results show that steady state creep rates significantly decrease with the adding of niobium element to form Mo-Nb solid solution alloys, which enhanced the diffusion resistance among atoms. The steady state creep rates of Mo-3Nb alloy single crystal at the condition of 1500 ℃, 10 MPa are three to four orders of magnitude lower compared with the non-alloyed Mo single crystal. Its creep mechanism of Mo-3Nb alloy single crystals is a diffusion creep.
