摘要
以柠檬酸钠溶液为吸收液,在散堆填料塔里进行脱除甲苯废气的实验研究。研究了柠檬酸钠浓度、甲苯进口浓度、空塔气速及液气比对含甲苯废气吸收效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,为解决含甲苯废气污染问题提供了应用基础。在此基础上提高填料层高度可使吸收率达到88%~93%,废气达标排放,并对吸收液的后处理进行了初步研究。
Treatment of waste gas with toluene using sodium citrate solution has been carried out in structured packing columns. The concentration of sodium citrate solution, inlet concentration, the gas flow velocity, and ratio of volume of liquid to gas on absorption efficiency were systematically investigated,and the optional operation condition was established to provide a basis for application, which is in order to resolve the pollution of waste gas containing toluene. Under optimal condition, the removal of toluene in the exhaust gas can be up to 88%~93% by adding height of structured packing. The aftertreatment of the absorbent was studied as well.
