钢领刷镀 Ni- Al2 O3- WC- Mo S2 复合处理新技术的主要特点是在胶体刷镀液中添加高硬耐磨微粒和自润滑减磨微粒制备复合镀液刷镀钢领跑道。本文对硬度进行正交设计 ,找出最佳工艺参数 ,对镀液的性质、镀层的硬度、摩擦因数与循环次数关系、抗磨性能、刷镀钢领的纺纱张力等纺纱性能做了测试和研究分析。

The main characteristics of Ni-Al2 O3-WC-Mo S2 ring compouned brush-plating for ring track is to add high hardness &abrasion resistant and self-lubricating &anti-friction granula to colloidal. According to hardness orthogonal design,the writer finds the bestprocessing paramaters.Tests and analysis the performance of plating bath,hardness of plating,relation between friction coeffi- cient and cycle time,unti-friction performance and spinning tension of ring brush-plating
