Theory Review on Hotel Outsourcing

饭店外包成为国内外饭店经营的一种新趋势,但国内在饭店外包方面的理论研究相对缺乏。本文通过对国内外有关饭店外包研究的文献加以梳理和归纳,对饭店外包的概念、类型、原因、障碍、绩效和关键成功要素等方面进行系统总结,以期为国内饭店外包实践提供有效的理论指导。

Hotel outsourcing has been one new trend of hotel operations at home and abroad, but theory research on hotel outsourcing in China is relatively scarce. This paper collects and generalizes the literatures about hotel outsouring at home and abroad, and summarizes hotel outsourcing＇ s concept, classifications, reasons, drawbacks, performances and some key successful factors, etc., which can be helpful to guide the outsourcing practice in domestic hotels.
