瑞香麻与吴伊绸开发技术总结

Technical Summary on Development of Ramie and Wuyi Silk Fabrics

采用具有特殊效果的原料，开发新型涤纶仿真织物。吴伊绸和瑞香麻均采用两种不同性能的纤维并合，在试制过程中解决了丝织工艺上的技术难点，为今后开发同类新品探索了一条新的工艺路线。在染整技术上，则探索了厚重级物进行碱减量处理的工艺，并为不同性能的纤维染色摸索到了一种新工艺。

New-type polyester silk imitations are developed with special materials For instance Ruixiang ramie and Wuyi silk fabrics are woven with two kinds of fibres showing different properties. Their trial production tackles some technical cruxes in silk weaving, exporing a new technology for further develop-men of similar prosucts . Moreover, alkali deweighting for heavy-weight fabrics and dyeing process for fi-bres with different properties are developed .
