摘要
以阴、阳离子表面活性剂——十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)复配对浙江临安产的钠基膨润土进行了改性。对制得的阴-阳离子有机膨润土进行了红外光谱(IR)、热重分析(TG)、烧失率试验以及防沉性能测试实验,分析结果表明阴、阳离子表面活性剂已进入蒙脱石的片层间;沉降实验表明这种有机土片层表面的亲油性增加,易被有机溶剂溶胀,故沉降速度慢,这为防沉剂的开发提供了一个新的方向。
The anion-cation organobentonite was prepared by incorporating both cationic surfactant bromide cetyltrimethylammonium (CTMAB) and anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to bentonite which produced in linan of zhejiang province. The spectra of IR and TG showed that the organic agents had intercalated into the layers of MMT. Antisettle experiment showed that the anion-cation organobentonite have better dispersibility in styrene. This study provided a new direction to development of antisettle agent.
