摘要
以钨硅杂多酸为催化剂,异戊酸和己醇为原料,通过酯化反应合成异戊酸己酯,对酯化反应的影响因素进行了研究,结果表明,在醇酸物质的量比为1.8:1,催化剂用量1.5%,反应时间2h的条件下,酯化率可达98%。
Hexyl isovalerate was synthesized by esterification reaction using isovaleric acid and hexyl alcohol as raw materials and H4SiW12O40 as catalyst, the factors in the reaction were also discussed,it showed that the esterification ratio could reach 98% under the conditions of as the molratio of alcohol-acid was 1.8:1 ,the quantity of catalyst was 1.5% ,reaction time was 2h.
