酒精氧化法生产醋酸废水节能减排方法

摘要 酒精氧化法生产醋酸工艺中,酒精回收塔排出大量的高温废水,并伴有大量的高温废汽挥发排入大气,既污染环境又造成大量能源浪费,利用闪蒸技术可从废水中回收大量二次蒸汽,同时回收了废水中残留的酒精,既保护了环境,又避免了能源的巨大浪费,可取得经济效益和社会效益的双丰收。 In the tradition process of alcohol is oxidized to product acetic acid ,the alcohol recovery tower ejects a great deal of heat waste water, and containing a great deal of heat discard the vapor go into the atmosphere. Since it pollute the environment and make a great deal of energy wasted ,the flash steam technique can recover quantities second vapors from the waste water and at the same time the alcohol is recovered,since it protects the environment, and avoided huge waste of the energy, get a bumper harvest of economic performance and social performance.
