摘要
本文研究了医学图像三维面绘制和体绘制的典型算法MarchingCube和RayCasting的原理和三维可视化工具包VTK的实现机制,在VC++6.0平台下,利用VTK分别实现了基于上述算法的DICOM格式的CT序列图像三维重建,并给出了关键算法和3D可视化结果。
The principle of Marching Cube and Ray Casting for 3D medical image visualization with surface rendering and volume rendering is discussed in this paper. And the mechanism of visualization tool package based on VTK is analyzed. Based on the above algorithms, VC++6.0 with VTK are adopted to reconstruct the 3D images using the CT image sequence in DICOM format. The key algorithms and 3D visualization results are given as well.
