摘要
教师课堂问题行为不仅会给教学造成不良影响,而且常常会给学生带来身心的伤害,甚至使学生留下终生的阴影。其产生的症结与教师对学生非理想行为认识上的偏差有直接的关系。避免教师课堂问题行为的发生,需要从提高教师个体素质、更新教师教育观念、加强教师师德建设、正确恰当运用惩罚、规范教师课堂行为等方面进行预防。
Teachers' problematic behaviors in class not only exert negative influence on instruction but also bring physical and mental damage to students as serious as even to cast a life-long shadow upon them. The roots of the problems are embedded in teachers' conception of students' un-ideal behaviors. To avoid and prevent these problems, we need to adopt the following countermeasures : improve teachers' quality, update their education ideas, enhance their morality, make proper use of punishment, and regulate teachers' behaviors in class.
