摘要
对缺血-再灌注损伤原因进行了分析,认为与患肢缺血的时间和程度、再灌注后微循环的变化、电解质情况等有关。并综述了有效预防缺血-再灌注损伤方法及护理。
It analyzed the causes of ischemical reperfusion injury and thought that it was related to the ischemical time and degree change of micnocirculation and afeer reperfusion and electrolyte state. It summarized the methods and nursing care for preventing ischemical reperfusion injury effectively.
