摘要
本文采用粘弹性测定仪(Vibron,DDV-Ⅱ型)研究醋酸乙烯酯——乙烯共聚乳液(EVA)——异氰酸脂(IC)的动态粘弹性,并计算了EVA/IC间的交联密度与温度的关系。研究结果表明,EVA与IC间的交联密度与温度密切相关,并与胶层的抗拉强度及耐温性能相关。
The dynamic visco elasticity of cured EVA isocyanate adhesive film is stu died by means of Vibron DDV Ⅱtype in the paper,and the crosslinking density of EVA IC cured resin film is counted according to the Visco elasticity.The result shows that the glass transition temperature of the cured resin film is -1 2℃,The storage modulus of the cured resin film is 2 52×10 10 dyen/cm 2 at the time.The crosslinking density of the cured resin film is depended on temperature of the film,and the tension strength and praperty of resistant temperature of glueline is connected with crosslinking density.
