摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂、石油醚为携水剂,合成了性能优良的聚氧乙烯脂肪醇二元酸酯(醇醚酯),考察了聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚(醇醚)聚合度、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量及原料配比等工艺条件对反应转化率的影响,在此基础上设计并进行正交试验,考察了各工艺条件对反应的影响程度,得到优化的工艺条件:醇醚聚合度为3、反应温度240℃、反应时间6h、催化剂用量0.8%、二元酸与醇醚摩尔比为1∶2.8。工业应用结果表明,所合成的醇醚酯作为高速纺化纤油剂主要单体,具有良好的耐热性、平滑性、牵伸性及粘和性能。
Polyoxyethylene aliphatic alcohol diester was synthesized using toluene-p-sulfonic acid as catalyst and petroleum ether as water-carrying agent. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst dosage and reactants molar ratio on the conversion were investigated. Experiments were designed with orthogonal method and optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: an alcohol ether polymerization degree of 3, a reaction temperature of 240 ℃, a reaction time of 6 h, a catalyst content of 0. 8% and a molar ratio of binary acid to alcohol ether of I : 2. 8. The industrial application of the prepared product showed that said product acted as the main monomer of spinning finishes exhibited good thermal stability, lubricity,drawability and cohesion.
