诱导少孢根霉分泌胞外β-葡萄糖苷酶条件的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对少孢根霉在液态发酵后产生的β-葡萄糖苷酶最大酶活时最适工艺条件进行了研究。研究结果表明以吐温-80、吐温-20、曲通-x、聚乙烯醇、V_c、醋酸钠和EDTA作诱导剂,以吐温-80的效果最佳,使用量为100μL/ 100mL时获得最大酶活;麸皮、葡萄糖、乳糖、麦芽糖、玉米粉作碳源,以麸皮的产酶效果最佳,2%的麸皮使用量获得最大酶活。少孢根霉产β-葡萄糖苷酶最适发酵工艺条件:接种量2%少孢根霉在75mL黄豆芽液体培养基中,加2%的麸皮、调发酵培养基的初始pH值6.0,再加100μL/100mL诱导剂吐温-80,于35℃培养48h。 The article studied the characteristics of Rhizopus oligosporus saito producing β-D-glucosidase. The optimal induced agent is Tween-80; the good carbon is wheat brain. The result showed that the opti- mum fermentation conditions are. β-D-glucosidase obtained by fermenting at 35℃for 48h, with the 75ml volume of medium i , and strain volume of inoculation was 2 %, the initial pH value of fermentation medium was pH6.0.
