高校提升科研自主创新能力存在的瓶颈及其对策研究

Strategies to Cope with the Bottlenecks in Enhancing Self-initiated Innovation Capabilities of Universities in China

高校是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,尽快提升高校科研自主创新能力是加强科研自主创新,建设创新型国家的迫切需要。但现实仍存在很多制约高校科研自主创新能力进一步提升的瓶颈,本文对此进行分析,并提出若干对策。

Universities and colleges play a key role in a country＇s innovation system and enhancing the innovation capabilities of these organizations is therefore a crucial task for stepping up the the country＇s R＆D efforts and developing an innovation-driven economy. However, universities and colleges now face quite a number of bottlenecks while attempting to further strengthen their self-initiated innovation capabilities. In the article, the author provided a careful study of the phenomenon followed by some strategies to cope with it.
