企业人力资源绩效评估中的激励型互动赋权模型

摘要 绩效评估是激励机制中的重要一环,企业中的人力资源部门常常要对其员工进行绩效评估,以确定员工的工作表现,再对表现优秀者给予一定的奖励,以达到激励员工的效果。而传统的评估方法的缺点是不能引入员工的参与,不能达到很好的激励效果。本文提出一种能充分引入员工参与,调动员工积极性的企业人力资源绩效评估中的激励型互动赋权模型。 Performance evaluation is one of the most important part in excitation mechanism. For excitation, the human resource apartment in an cooperation always need to evaluate the performance of employees, then put an premium on the outstanding employees. But the weakness of the former evaluation method is that it can't bring in the participation of employees. This model propose the strategy of bring in the participation of employees to achieve the goal of better excitation.
