摘要
民警岗位履职考评是公安机关内部对民警在岗位履职过程中表现出来的业绩、工作量、工作能力、工作态度等方面进行的评价。对民警的工作绩效进行综合评估,并通过考评结果的反馈、绩效差距的分析,帮助民警改进工作,激励民警不断提高工作效率,建立起"工作──考评─—反馈─—激励─—再努力工作"的良性循环机制,实现公安机关整体绩效的提升。
Police duty evaluation is to check the police's performance, task quantity, work ability and work attitude within police organ. The comprehensive performance evaluation, feedback of the check and the analysis of the performance gap is to help police improve their work, set up the favorable recurrent mechanism of"work - check - feedback - encouragement - strive to work", and improve the overall performance of the police organ.
