抗凝析油泡排剂HY-4的合成与泡沫性能 被引量:5

摘要 针对凝析气井常规泡排剂排水效果不好的状况,研制了抗凝析油泡排剂HY-4。该剂具有独特的梳状结构和双子结构,采用Ross-miles法和动态带水法对其泡沫性能进行了研究,并在同等实验的条件下与其他泡排剂进行比较。实验结果表明,泡排剂HY-4是一种极强的抗凝析油专用泡排剂,同时具有较好的抗高矿化度、抗高温能力。 The application of conventional foaming agent in gas condensate wells is not as effective as expected, therefore, an anti-condensate foaming agent, HY-4, which has special comb- and dual-molecular structure, was developed. The paper studied its foam performance through Ross miles and dynamic water-carrying methods, and compared its effect with that of other foaming agents under the same experimental condition. As the result, HY-4 is an extraly strong anti-condensate foaming agent, having favorable capacity resistant to salinity and high temperature.
