Along with the popularization and commercialization of the technology of IP telephone, the demand for managing and inspecting becomes more and more intensive. This article expatiates in depth the key point in the realization of IP telephone auditing system--the technology of voice restoration of IP telephone voice, and proposes a complete set of solution to the voice restoration of IP telephone and realizes all the functions by using software package.
