从竹叶榕(Ficus stenophylla Hemsl.)根乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,经理化常数和波谱数据分析,分别鉴定为3,4-二氢补骨酯素(3,4-dihydropsoralen,1)、7-羟基香豆素(7-hydroxycoumarin,2)、香柠檬内酯(bergapten,3)、补骨酯素(psoralen,4)、(+)-儿茶素(catechin,5)、芹菜素(apigenin,6)、蔗糖(sucrose,7)、香草酸(vanillic acid,8)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,9)和豆甾醇(stigmasterol,10)。化合物1-10均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1为新天然产物。
Ten compounds were isolated from the roots of Ficus stenophylla by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. They were identified as 3,4-dihydropsoralen ( 1 ) ,7-hydroxycoumarin (2), bergapten (3), psoralen (4), ( + ) -catechin(5 ), apigenin ( 6 ) , sucrose ( 7 ), vanillic acid ( 8 ), daucosterol ( 9 ) and stigmasterol (10). All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time, and compound 1 is a new natural product.
