这是一个没有盈利的业余演出团，这个团中也没有一位是风靡当今的大明星、大艺术家，然而就是这样一个业余演出团，却在不到12年的时间里，从最早的30多人发展到如今的90多人，演出场次已近500场，吸引观众近18万人次。每年不断递增的演出场次和观众人数，昭示着它的发展壮大。

This is not a professional troupe with salaris for performers,and it didn＇t have any big stars or artists among its members,some of whom were even amateurs,In addition,the youngest member of the troupe was already 50.But in the span of 12 years,the troupe grew from 30 to more than 90 members,with a total of more than 500 performances.Cumulatively,they have performed in front of 180,000 audience members.
