吸扎注射术治疗内痔630例疗效观察

Clinical Results of Suction,Ligation and Injection in the Treatment of Internal Hemorrhoids. Analysis of 630 Cases

为观察内痔吸扎加注射消痔灵液治疗各期内痔及混合痔内痔部分的临床疗效，对630例各期内痔、混合痔内痔部分采用此术治疗，近期治愈率为98．7％，其中Ⅰ期内痔占98．5％，Ⅱ期内痔占100％，Ⅲ期内痔占95．3％。术后3年随访622例，Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ期内痔复发率分别为17．8％o、1．3％和3．9％。结果表明，吸扎注射术治疗Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ期内痔近期效果好，远期复发率低，治疗时间短，操作简便，安全性高。

The therapeutical effects of suction, ligation and injection of Xiaozhiling（SLI） on the internal hemorrhoids was observed and evaluated. Six hundreds and thirty patients with internal hemorrhoids（including that internal hemorrhoidal part of the mixed hemorrhoids） of all stages underwent SLI procedure. As results,the short-term cure rate was 98.7%（98.5% for the hemorrhoids of Ⅰ stage,100% for the Ⅱ stage and 95.3% for the Ⅲ stage）. Postoperative follow up of 622 cases for 3 years showed that the recurrence rate of the internal hemorrhoids of Ⅰ stage was 17.8%,that of Ⅱ stage was 1.3% and that of Ⅲ stage was 3.9%. It is concluded that SLI procedure can ensure a better short-term therapeutic result for the internal hemorrhoids of Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲstages and a lower long-term recurrence rate, among other strong points as shorter treatment course,simpler manipulation and less risk.
